Actively process through what you learned utilizing meditation, processing, and introspection and evaluate how it connects with your story.
Action & Accountability
Complete the Action Activity for the lesson. Communicate for accountability by reporting the action activity to your Session5 team, or a trusted friend or peers, or on our private Facebook Group.
Harmony & Resources to Grow
Then take what you’ve learned and applied through action and evaluate how does it apply to each of the five areas of my life, financial, mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional. If you find places where it does not line up, utilize the resources provided by Session5 institute to correct, grow, and sustain.

Pastor Jon Decuir and His Team will be hosting Live Webinars on key topics to go in depth on the lessons and to challenge you face your limitations, work your plan, and connect and grow. Participants will have the opportunity to check in share their progress and accomplishments and ask questions. PJ will give an assignment for each session.

PJ has over 21 years of experience teaching on a range of topics. Whether he is in the role of trainer, motivational speaker, coach, or pastor, his practical messages, challenge the status quo and creates a safe environment for introspection and vulnerability.

The Session5 team consists of well known motivational speakers, professionals, and coaches with countless years of training. CHALLENGING ACTION ACTIVITIES & ASSIGNMENTS
Introspection is the examination or observation of one's own mental and emotional processes. This means that we will provide the magnifying glass through challenging assignments and assessments, but you have to look through it.
Your success in this program will be based upon your willingness to be honest with yourself and others about your life. If you complete all of the assignments fully and openly and then allow yourself to adjust to the changes that are revealed you will find yourself progressing. It won't be easy... but it will be worth it, and we will be right there with you cheering you on.
