Host a Session5 Habitation Meeting

Details of Being a Session5 Habitation Host...

BEFORE THE EVENT

1. Complete the Host Interest Form.   

2. A Session5 rep will follow-up with you with the logistics.

3. If approved, we'll provide hosts with digital flyers, social media posts, and info sheets, to utilize to invite individuals to your event. 

4. We will also market the event to our network, but will only release the location and your contact information with your approval. 

PLANNING 

1. You choose the location.  It must be a private space, in the Southern California region. 

2. Sample private locations are homes, meeting spaces, coffee shops, or classrooms.

3. Meeting space should have comfortable seating for up to 20 guests and standing space for the S5 Team, a table for snacks, a wall for the LCD projector.  Ample parking for up to 25 cars.

4. Meeting locations must be approved by a Session5 Institute representative.

GUESTS

1. Invite 15 to 20 friends, family members, co-workers, classmates, or neighbors.  (15 person minimum)

2. Each guest is required to sign up for the Session5 mailing list and to pay $2.00 to enter the event.  All participants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and photo waiver so that all guests feel free to share openly.

3. Each event will last 2-2.5 hours and consist of interactive teaching by Pastor Jon DeCuir and his team.

4. In order to assist hosts with reaching the 15 person minimum, S5 will have a waiting list for each event to fill empty seats with individuals who want to participate.

5. Please Note: We want you to feel comfortable, we won't open up the waiting list without your permission.  

DURING THE EVENT

1. Hosts can utilize the $2.00 entry fee from guests to purchase snacks for the event.

2. We will provide you with a tentative agenda prior to the event, however, each one is different and is based upon the needs of the group and how PJ chooses to flow.

3. No recording is allowed during the session by the host or participants.  Session5 may record the audio and/or video from the event.

4. Session5, The Session5 Insitutite, and Jon DeCuir Ministries reserves the right to accept or deny host applications at their discretion.

5. Host must complete an application and will be screened by the Session5 team. Applications are based upon a first come first serve basis and how the views of the potential host lines up with our organizational views.
